THE ROLE OF NOTARY
The notary receives delegation from public authority to provide notary acts and contracts with authenticity that guarantees legal safety. He assures society members, businesses, investors, transaction security and preserves their rights.
-The Notary's mission is :
Listen and inform clients about the content and the legal consequences of their contracts.
Give authenticity to contracts, as means of conclusive evidence.
Enriching the State's treasury through levies of taxes, duties and impositions paid by contracting parties.
Preventing disputes and trials arising therefrom, acting as an arbitrator, reducing the congestion in courts. He contributes to the moralization of contractual relations.
* The role of Advisor :
The Notary informs clients about the content and the legal consequences of their contracts, and therefore he is a source of confidence and serene.
* Synonym of Security and Efficiency:
The notary gives authenticity to acts that he drafts, which he ensures the date, keeps the deposit and delivers execution and authentic copies. These contracts are means of conclusive evidence.
The notary prevents disputes and trials arising therefrom, acting as an arbitrator, who contributes in the reduction of congestion in courts. He contributes to the moralization of contractual relations. The notary also recovers public debts, since he provides the treasury of the State through taxes, dunes and impositions paid by contracting parties.
